Thilo Kasper

Thilo Kasper was selected as runner-up for the 2022 European Press Prize Innovation Award for ‘This is us.’ 

Thilo Kasper is Teamlead for Content Strategy at ARD Mediathek, the streaming platform for German public service broadcaster ARD. He is in charge of the development of new video formats with a focus on documentaries and factual entertainment. From 2018 to 2021, Thilo served as Head of Video at ZEIT ONLINE and was responsible for its video strategy on all channels. Before this, he worked for major media companies such as funk (ARD&ZDF) and BuzzFeed Motion Pictures as a video journalist and Creative Producer.

Christoph Rauscher

Christoph Rauscher was selected as runner-up for the 2022 European Press Prize Innovation Award for ‘This is us.’ 

Christoph Rauscher is a designer, illustrator and writer from Berlin, Germany. After studying interface design and media theory, he worked as a design director at Edenspiekermann and as the art director of Zeit Online. His work ranges from ideation to hands-on design of processes, publications and digital interfaces. His writing and illustration can be found on his Instagram.
