Collin van Rooij (2000) is a Dutch physical geographer specializing in geodata analysis. He contributes
regularly to Follow the Money (ftm.nl & ftm.eu), where his investigative work leverages advanced spatial
data techniques to uncover environmental and socioeconomic patterns. A graduate of Wageningen
University with a degree in Earth and Environment, van Rooij aims to transform complex geographical
data into accessible insights. His research methodology combines remote sensing technology with
OSINT-skills in an effort to better understand our living environment.
