Luděk Stavinoha

Luděk Stavinoha was selected for the 2024 Shortlist with The EU Fight Against Child Pornography Stokes Fears of Widespread Online Surveillance.

Luděk Stavinoha is a researcher based at the University of East Anglia. With expertise in transparency and EU Freedom of Information mechanisms, he has collaborated on a number of major investigations into the impact of European Union policies in the areas of security and migration. Alongside academic publications, his work has appeared in various outlets, including Balkan Insight, The Guardian, Le Monde, Der Spiegel, and Solomon. He previously held positions at the University of Bath and Maastricht University.
